About

Welcome to the Feast!

My love for nail art began at about age 8 with a KLUTZ nail art book and some peel-off nail polish. Over the years, my passion grew, but I always thought there must be a better way than spending hours at the salon and upwards of $100 for a black gel polish mani with pink flames. This realisation, combined with the rising cost of living and my recent move from Auckland, NZ to Bondi, Sydney, led me to get resourceful. Instead of swiping through unsuccessful dating apps (let's be honest, those were going nowhere), I decided to channel my energy into something more productive. Hence, Finger Food was born—a venture that not only satisfies my creative itch but also offers learning opportunities and, if I'm lucky, might fund a Margarita or two on holiday now and then - yeah, I love holidays.

My Journey

My journey started on the shop floor selling shoes after completing a Bachelor of Arts, which gave me a solid foundation in essay writing and theatre games. Retail made me realise I loved helping people feel great in what they wore, which led me to a head office role. Back then, "social media" was pretty new, and our "marketing" was simply loading product images to Facebook and sending out emails— probably without consent. It was a wild ride that taught me to adapt and learn on the go.

For the past six years, I've been agency side, helping global brands with their ecommerce projects and strategies.

Why Finger Food?

Starting my own project has been a long-standing dream. This venture is my experimental baby, and I truly believe it has the potential to grow into something amazing. Join me as we explore the world of press-on nails (and, I guess, owning a small biz) together.

The Ethos

Finger Food represents a blend of creativity and practicality. Inspired by my passion for fashion and nail art, our brand embodies everything I love about self-expression. I wanted to start with a collection that could be loved by everyone, with quality, affordability and availability in mind. These press-on nails are crafted to make you feel beautiful, confident, and unique, no matter your style.

These limited collections are created with a focus on authenticity (not something that looks fake or plastic) for a timeless, effortless aesthetic.

I'm dedicated to continuous improvement, as an individual and as a brand. I strive to navigate the industry with purpose and integrity, and have my eyes and ears open for ways to give back and make a positive impact.

The brand is super young, but I have big dreams. I'm incredibly excited to get cooking.
